PVT, I'm a SPG Platinum member and I just looked on spg website and no sign at all of Sheraton opening in Costa Rica let alone San Jose. Is this a super secret opening? Looks like there will be no paid guests on June 13. |

I'm sure it looks like it is ready to open. Lights were on the other night for first time I'd noticed and casino looked open. But outside those first-hand observations, I relied on that newspaper article... |

I checked out the Casino and it is really nice. They only had about 15 people gambling at that normally busy time. I think the Hotel will be joining the high end places in the $200/ night range. |
