Also, any phone that can run the Google Maps app can save maps for "offline" use. I don't have the url right now but do a search for "google offline maps" and you'll find how to do it. Works great in CR, and especially considering that in my experience, google updates their maps more frequently than anyone. I see their "street view" cars all the time (with the huge multi-camera mount on top) driving the roads in major cities, including outside the USA. Haven't seen one in CR yet though
My house in CR is basically on a dirt alleyway, and the GM app found it easily.
