Can anyone recommend a good real estate broker that knows the downtown SJ area well ?

Go to Chubbs Bar, on the way to the Del Rey, {in the day is best}, ask bartender Jessica, (nice person, the best bartender in San Jose}IMHO, she has an attorney friend who is reputable named Victor, he will refer you. Both speak English well. Of course all disclaimers apply, batteries not included, not available in stores, etc.

@ Bond: I spoke to both Jose and Maria and they went from brokers to just plain broke due to the vast competition of real estate brokers in CR. Maria is now working at the DR charging 50 bucks a pop and Jose went in for some type of operation and changed his name to Maria as well, last I heard he is working somewhere in the Gultch and got hooked onto drugs. :lol: On a more serious note do you still trade ? US bonds or Euro Bonds ? I used to mess around with the Euro Bund.
