Apparently, AA is in merger talks with US Airways. Article posits that mergers increase complaints. http://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/best-a ... 42180.html Also provides best & worst rankings for stuff like on-time performance, earning free seat, etc. |

I can tell you that a merger would be the best thing for those 2 failing airlines. I pick up many clients coming in on A.A., and they by far have the worst on time % of any airline flying into SJO. |

It would also provide both airlines more cities for people to connect through. Something that customers would love. |
