Greetings All, There's been a few mentions of this property in the forum but not the information I was hoping to find. Can anyone confirm their policy on guests? From what I've read, some of the other Jaco condo properties don't permit guests until after 9:00 PM and ask that they are gone in the morning. I am traveling with a group of 4 and we're not looking to hang out with our guests at the pool all day. What we are interested in is bringing them back after a night out in Jaco and having some fun in the condo. Our other option is a private beach home but those are somewhat limited and further away from the action than we'd like. If anyone could add some insight it would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if someone could recommend a Jaco agent (preferably a board member or sponsor) that can assist would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Edit: I could easily reach out to the owner who is renting the unit online to get the question answered, but instead of being abruptly turned away as a crazy partying monger, thought I'd check out the "official" policy of the property as we have no problem being respectful and playing by the rules (as long as that includes bringing up guests:) Thanks.

the guest policy is after 8 or 9pm.the place is very nice accommodations.PM me with any other info
