Look into the Sudamer Apartments. Good location in the gulch near the action. There are also apartments above the Restaurant Lung Mun, a chinese restaurant on Ave 1, between Calles 5 and 7, only 1-2 blocks from the DR. Last October, I was quoted $700 for a month for a studio. Ave 1 is a pretty busy street, even at night. So I passed on renting because of possible noise at night. The old chinese guy who runs the restaurant and the apartments told me to call the restaurant at (506) 2222-9256 or (506) 2233-4732 for reservations. |
