Hi everyone.

about to take my virgin trip to CR on August 9th and will be staying at Jaco for Friday and saturday night. it will be 4 newbies going into town.
looking at renting a condo or house... has been looking at flipkey.com looking for clue.
do you know other than Vista Mar, is there any non-hotel condo or house that is "guest friendly".
i have looked at the penthouse at Diamante del Sol, Vista Las Palmas, Casa Milagro..etc
perfer to stay in a beach front homes but really need you guys advice here.

This is my bachelor party so i want to make sure i will have a memorable experience.

I can't imagine any condo or house being non-guest friendly but I suppose it's possible. Google Jaco real estate brokers, a few of them will have rentals listed, contact them, tell them what you want, any way that's a start.

Edit: I take that back, Los Suenos is a pain in the ass. I was thinking of condos on a smaller scale. With houses I doubut you'd have a problem.
