FYI

It looks like United is making good on their promise to cut routes from Houston if the Hobby Expansion goes thru.
My apologies to any Paris Monger's that may have been inconvienced by the action.

Those Paris-bound folks still have Air France from Houston plus transfer opportunities through Chicago and Newark. Of more concern are the Mexico flights cut--Toluca, Mazatlan and Tuxtla Gutierrez are being cut. Good article and I agree with one commenter about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

If these routes are so important to the community and so profitable for the airline then perhaps Southwest will pick them up when the open their international facility at Hobby. :P
