I am thinking of renting this property on an upcoming trip. Has anyone stayed here and can share info?

does the penthouse have a separate entrance than the main house?

is the jacuzzi in a private area or common area?

is the owner relaxed? i like to smoke and joke with my friends and chicas, nothing wild, but i dont want having a couple guys con chicas over to result in any issues.

any issues i should know about before booking?
