"Vicinity" is the key word. Here's a recent Thread which mentions 2 places--Chelles and Tierra Nuestra:

Have also been curious about Hotel Vesuvio each time I pass it on the way to/from La Amistad....did a quick search & the consensus seems to be that the rooms are small & very basic.

Some of us endure more spartan quarters than the Hotel Vesuvio (Hotel Nuevo Johnson, anyone?). The main problem with the place, I'm told, is that the owner/GM is a bit of a sh!t. Don't know this personally but it would be a last resort for me.

Report on "the" hotel....read it and weap. Does a leopard ever change it's spots? Stay there and then please do report. It will be particularly interesting if you're first given a room which is already in use (contact the review author for addtl. details)... :P
