You are correct; its a hotel directly adjacent to the Beatle Bar - looks OK too; went in to check it out in January - no idea if they rent by the hour. FWIW, in season the "big" rooms were $100/night - not bad for Jaco in season -

{this year (and I've been going to Jaco for over 10 years every January to fish) the hotel and food prices were stupid - for example the price on a 2 bedroom suite that we rented many times before at Canciones del Mar was $80 more this year vs last - new management; new ownership (American - of course :roll: ) - last trip to Jaco for me.}

There is/was a hotel on the other side and behind the BB - some of the girls in from San Jose stayed there - thay would rent by the hour - someone in the area of the BB could likely direct you. Ask.

As a rule, in so many ways Jaco is low on the scale compared to SJ.

It's fun to explore Costa Rica. There is a lot more to experience than just the gulch. The name of the hotel next to the Beatle Bar is "Los 4 Grandes." It was $30 US per night when I last stayed there 5 years ago.

Jaco has gotten realy stupid in their pricing, especially hotels - if the place you are refering is the place that many girls in for the week/weekend stay can't comment - the place I'm talking about is - if you stood in front of the Beatle Bar - it would be on the left (I had not noticed it before, but perhaps in the the past I was "distracted" :roll: :lol:

Correct, Mike :)

Facing the Beatle Bar, its to the right and a little "behind" the BB

The Beatle Hotel, the place I previously mentioned I think may be new - great location (and not just because of proximity to you know where :lol: ) nice big rooms, etc

Last year my friend used the Beatle hotel. $20 for one hour. I don't know if it is still the same.
