This place was the best deal in jaco.but do they let chicas in and do they charge a fee?

I know they let chicas in and I doubt they charge a fee, but I'm not sure. You've been around Jaco on a number of occasions, right? Just mentioned this to tell ya to check the location if you don't know it. Not bad by any means but a little ways off the path.. Enjoy.

I've stayed there and didn't get charged anything, just the usual security taking the chica's ID until departure. Nice place, btw.
