I will be traveling to on business to SJO for the first time. Due to the nature of the trip, I'll be staying at the Intercontinental out in Escazu, which I understand is a quite a bit away from the action. Is it easy enough to get a cab to the Gulch and back? what is the cost around? any help would be appreciated, thanks |

a metered cab will runyou about 6,000 colones or $12 |

Also, when returning to the IC, make sure you take a licensed metered cab and not one of the pirates parked outside of a hotel or massage parlor. They will charge you double, or more. |
