Can't find much info on the Hotel Doral or Hotel Plaza. Please help.
Room rates seem reasonable. Chica fees? Too far from the Gulch (for walking)?

What is the website for the Hotel Morazan?

Basically, I am looking for a budget friendly decent hotel.

Really? I did google that before I asked the question. Site won't take an online reservation.

Last time I stayed at the Morazan , the only way to book a room was to phone them. Very good location. You may want to try the Freebird , it to has a good location but I think you have to be a CRT VIP to stay there and get the discounts.

Joker99 is correct. You have to make reservation by phone. The hotel has great location but is not run that well. They never seem to answer any e mails.
