On top of their rates, they tack on the 13% sales tax, plus 10% RESORT TAX.
Then again, people who stay there probably don't even look at the rates.

No kidding Vegas Bob, their rates are not cheap. I thought that maybe they were sending helicopters!! Ha ha! I just got an email with the following from the Papagayo FSR: "More airlift. New terminal.
