For very reasonable, actually cheap, accomadations, this place is really good. I do not think they are chica friendly, but I didn't really ask. Good size clean rooms, nice location right across from the nicaraguan embassy the price including a real breakfast is about 50$ a room. Private bath and room it is hard to beat for the buck. If you only do mp's this could be a choice for cost and off the radar accomadations.

Casa, '69' and not chica friendly. Is this just my perverted mind that sees irony here ?

I thought the same thing but I think it refers to the location, not the act. It might not be chica unfriendly, I didn't ask. There are rooms on either sid of the street and the ones opposite the main building may be accessable w/o any security hassles therefore sneaking a honey in seems possible. TOFTT anyone?
