Dunn Inn suite or La Amistad penthouse?

Can anyone critique which is the better room. Staying 9/13-9/19

I don't know abt Dunn Inn...but definetly know abt Amistad penthouse as I stayed there with a friend. One simple question to ask urself . Do u enjoy climbing 4 stories with no elevator esp when u r tired or drunk or want something to ear/drink or take a girl with high heels etc...then stay at Amistad if not then look alternative...I really hated the penthouse though I am perfectly fit and late thirties

I've seen the penthouse at Dunn Inn. Very new, tv on the wall. Interior window overlooks bar area. Nice.

Never stayed at DI, but have stayed in most of suite rooms at LA including on the top floor. It is hard to imagine the service being any better than LA's service. If it is then go for it, but the people at LA make you feel as if you are at home, just like they do at SL.

Not to mention throw in the balcony for the room at LA!! VERY fond memories of chicas bent over at the rail for a nice pounding, even in the rainy season :twisted: Add in the dry sauna, jacuzzi tub and more than ample space and the DI would have to go a very long way to beat LA.

Don't worry about the walk up the stairs, there are chairs and sofas at each landing area for you to rest. :lol: PLUS the chicas LOVE that room 8) Enjoy

Thanks! good stuff. I think I am going to split my nites and see both. I will report back to everybody what I think. This is my 4th time to CR and has stayed at both places before but never their suite/penthouse rooms. I also have not been to Dunn Inn since their renovation. Looking forward to the trip. Hopefully run into some CRT brothers.

Have stayed in both, la Amistad and Dunn and my first choice would be new wing SL
, i realy like the new suites at Dunn inn much nicer than la Amistad, third choice definetly
la Amistad. The walk/stairs to get to Suite at la Amistad can be a pain iin the but and add
the train. It is a no brainer, Dunn is a block away from NF and HLH. HLH great happyhour
with host Boyd.
