3 newbies here... I originally planned on Monte Carlo Jaco Condo's a 2 bedroom runs around $115.... our 2nd choice for the fun aspect an relative close action is Claritas.....but I saw the pics of the rooms and they are way small! How much of a hassle is having a condo....as far as distance to action.....? any of you ever stayed or seen Monte Carlo condos? Thanks for your help brothers! |

We always stay at Vista Mar at the Cocal. The condos are three bedroom and are immaculately decorated and very large (thinking like 2,800 square feet). It is on the southern half of the beach, but you have the Cocal Casino directly adjacent and Los Amigos and Le Loft is just a block or so back towards the main street. The Beatle Bar and Monkey Bar are walking distance and a $2 cab ride when you decide to head back. There are pictures on the Cocal website and also on the Vista Mar website. The cost is a little more, but the condos are great. We will be there at the end of the month for our fifth stay there... |

Thumbs up for Vista Mar at the Cocal. Stayed there a couple times. Rooms are great, security is "Friendly" and location rocks. Look on craigslist you can sometimes find rooms there that are inexpensive from US owners. If your not comfortable with that you can go through the hotel or maybe even try jacovip.com as I think they have a few rooms there as well. |
