Today again, the Delta reservation operator was able to book a "low" miles redemption ticket that was not available online. I saved a $150 change fee and got the travel day I wanted using miles.

This is the third time I have found the airline websites to be unreliable using miles. So don't hesitate to call in addition to checking the airline websites.
