I'm just curious if it's 1M or 5M. I have no idea what values a place like that or DI or HLH are worth. I do know that DR is a GOLDMINE. |

Be careful, gold mines sometimes cave-in. Although, those gringos that own the HDR and KL must be rolling in dough. I don't begrudge their money, though, I enjoy their places. |

In this nation it is all about who you know. Laws are suggestions. Reality and getting things done is based in relationships. Jawanker is right about the cave in. If you are not connected or your lawyers are not connected you will likely see a cave-in. In no way does that mean people like or respect you. They like and respect something but it is not . . . |
