I have heard that the restaurant at Hotel Castillo will be reopening in a couple of weeks. Darren opened the rancho bar a while back. At least you can get a cold one. It will be nice to have food available too. Let's hope that it turns out to be a place that people want to go to.

If you haven't been to the rancho bar lately you should check it out. No, not a bunch of chicas there but a couple of really nice bartenders, Kathia and Wendoly, and c1.000 beer.

Any improvements to the bar... or did Darren leave well enough alone?

I always had good service and good food when Las Palmas was in operation there,...food was always good and enjoyed the BBQ's on sunday. Maybe I was lucky,...but I always try to enjoy the moment for what it is. I'm not traveling as much this year,...so just to be there with the Rancho Bar open would be nice........Castillo is a laid back place that I have always enjoyed.....
Drink one for me guy's!!!!
