Post subject:  SL getting back to you about reservations?
I sent my CC info by email the the SL 3 or 4 days ago. After I didn't receive an email for 2 days I emailed them asking if my reservation had been confirmed, and still no reply.

Its odd because when I was inquiring about rooms and stuff they usually got back to me within half a day, or a day at most.

Anyone have any idea what the deal might be?

Check your spam folder or call the 800 number during business hrs.

I have never had a problem upon arrival with my room reservation but I have never been able to get an email confirming the reservation at the SL. Since I haven't had any problems with the room booking upon arrival I haven't questioned why I can't get a confirmation. The first two times when i didn't get an emailing confirming I called and confirmed but the last three times I haven't worried about it after making the reservation over the phone.

Ah, I ask because in the past when I have made reservations at a hotel I get a confirmation email.

Yency and Manfred have always been very responsive to both my email requests and changes that I might need to make. They have always sent me a confirming email right away with an attached MSWord doc that outlined my reservations.

Called yesterday, had confirmation in less than an hour. (try becoming a VIP member) :wink: :lol:

Ive always gotten a confirmation number, within the hour. Even when emailing at night. Just to be safe I will echo the previous advice and give them a call.
