Rumours swirl around the HDR that chicas are banned from el presidente. I know it has become increasingly difficult to get girls in and nearly impossible at night. So I moved tothe sportsmens and enjoy the tranquility here |

They started to change their business model a few years ago and it seems now they are confident that taking the final step is not only in their best interest but what they have wanted for a number of years. Fortunately other venues have come on the scene so that their decision will not have the same impact as it would have had if they enacted the final phase 4 or 5 years ago. |

Personally after a bad experience at the Presidente several years ago, multi priceing, three different quotes. Knocking on my door telling the chica she was persona non grata, I refuse even to eat in their over priced restaurant. To each his own, rumor had it several years ago they were trying to get away from the single males and chicas, then the bottom fell out of the U.S. economy along with rest of the world. So they held the line, still open to single male travellers. So the gossip goes .....since I will not stay there anymore, I still hear various rumors from some of the ex-pats who live in S.J. but I don't pay attention to it. We all know that it is very easy for chicas to get banned by the Presidente and as a result many chicas have ended up on the blacklist. Maybe the blacklist has grown to include every chica working the gulch

I haven't stayed there lately, but it's still a great hotel, with a great staff, that has slightly restrictive policies when it comes to guests! |

Was for their B.S. dress code? was it for theft? was it for creating a scene being drunk ? Chances are it was for the subjective dress code? What is considered stylish night club wear here, is considered slut dress there? Perhaps some one should take pictures of some South Beach night clubs and the show the desk personnel. check out their room rates...they are almost double the rates of other hotels that offer CRT discounts..... and compared to tico style hotels...forget about it!...you can stay at a tico joint for a whole week what one night at the presidente costs you. why would anyone want to pay way over 100 dollars a night (minimum) to stay in some place where they have to worry if they meet managements approval? the presidente motherfuckers ought to be sucking dick in gratitude just for anyone considering to stay at their over rated, piece of shithole dump! hahahahaha...hope someone hits it big or becomes flush enough to rent out the entire joint and fill it with the nastiest, fat assed, 4x4x4 little darlings that ever hit the bricks in beautiful, downtown san jose..... in fact, why doesn't someone down there now try to have the nastiest, fattest little darling at the del rey walk on down to the presidente and try to rent a room....?.....I'll pay for the room, swear to God...shit, I'll even pay for the taxi! yeah, load up a taxi at the del rey with the nastiest little darlings you can find (that shouldn't be too hard), send them down to the presidente with a cien in each of their hands and have them register as clients/guests.... video tape the entire episode.....it'd be an instant classic! how could they deny cash in hand customers?.....wouldn't be much different from all the lard assed, gringa cunt client/guests you see there. |
