This is my review of the 3 nights I spent at HLH over Superbowl weekend. It's overdue but I've been busy and then went on vacation, but here are my thoughts:

Room- I was in room #225 which I believe is a queen sized room. The room, although not big, was more than adequate. The bed and mattress was VERY comfortable. The linen was clean. Large LCD TV attached to the wall in front of the bed was good. I brought an HDMI cable and was able to connect my laptop to it to have a DVD player. The bathroom is huge, and the shower has a window to get a nice view of the chica(s). With the right chica (not shy, maybe a little wild), that window could definitely be put to good use. There was a closet to hang clothes, and electronic safe in there also. The room has no window to the outside which took some getting used to but it didn't affect me after the first day. I like fresh air over a/c but it wasn't a big deal. But you won't know if it's raining until you get outside.

There were 2 items that would definitely improve the room: a mini fridge and a small table/desk next to the closet. There was no place to put my laptop so I just kept it on the bed, but had to move it to the floor when the bed was needed. As for the fridge, the bar is downstairs and you can buy water/soda from the front desk after-hours, but it's nice to have a fridge in the room.

Food- I had the meatball sub and the Pholly cheesesteak. :P I thought the meatball sub was good, but not great. The Philly was excellent though. Very tasty. I would have had it again but ran out of time.

Experience- The room was nice, but the experience of staying there was friggin awesome. All those chicas so close by was kind of sensory overload but in a good way. Obviously, we all have varying tastes but I found the girls to be very good looking as a whole. And they are good performers. Two chicas that I want to single out are Ely and Carla. Ely is a redhead with a curvy body and a smokin hot ass. She is also very sweet if you can communicate with her. She has skills. Carla has really curly long hair (I think it was blondish but another CRT told me she was a redhead a few weeks before that) and green contacts. She's one of the sweetest working girls you will ever meet. Great attitude and always with a smile on her face. And she brings it to each session. Of course, many of you already know Milena. She's a party girl, likes to drink, and has a nice body (great rack). Although I didn't session with her, knowing her well and speaking to guys who've been with her, I can almost guarantee you'd have a great time.

As for Boyd and Greg, they will go out of their way to help you with just about anything you will need to make your stay better. I will definitely stay at HLH again.

The Reuben is outstanding, the best item on the menu iyam.

the Pholly cheesesteak

So, "Pholly" was not a typo? ... :| Never had one fo those.
Having lived near Philadelphia for nearly 3 decades, I had my fill of Philly cheesesteaks, though...

Orange, I see you also noted the need for a table/desk and chair. That's the one main thing that would make me stay at HLH rather than just visit, as I tend to be online for several hours a day and really need a place to sit and use my laptop in private. Oh yeah, a mini-fridge would be great too, as I like to buy large bottles of water at Mas x Menos (cheap) and keep 'em cold in a fridge.

Orange-
I concur with your assessment of Carla...what a sweetie. I sessioned with her once, she gives an incredible massage! I think my pops went upstairs with her 2x and he's still talking about it in hushed and reverent tones.

I tried the meatball and philly sandwiches and liked them both...but they're no match for pork chops!

Hope that I wasn't too noisy across the hall keeping you awake all night.

I would concur with the opinions expressed on Carla....yet another great Nica!

Also, a desk and a chair, perhaps a little table or something in the common area on the second floor would be great!

Yes, but it is a coffee table. It is low, so working a lap top is not very ergonomic.

I have to get my two cents in about Karla (that is how she wrote her name for me). She was by far the best session of my 3 days as well. Just let her go work cowgirl and you will know exactly what I mean. I will be seeing her again for sure. She definitely made the team.

I really like the Amistad, and the vibe staying at the SL is totally cool. But, my stay at the HLH was absolutely the best time I have had in the hotel. While your choices are limited as in comparison to the SL, the HLH lineup was the best I have seen it in the last 3 years. At $35.00 an hour for a hotel guest, what more can you ask for. Of course your are forced to session early in the morning to earn your breakfast but sacrifices must be made. :)

My room was 219 on the first floor and Orange's description down to the window on the bathroom was the same as mine.

Just noticed this. Have the mini-fridge's arrived yet?

EDIT: and if no mini fridge is available, is there access to an ice machine?
