What would happen if you booked the room double occupancy if you are by yourself? Still a chica fee?

yes you will still pay.. . I would not want to deal with the problems of tica fee or they will just tell you no...try sportmen's for a room.the rooms just as nice and girls at the bar and take to your room...NO GIRL FEE, NO ASK IF OK AT FRONT DESK .. holiday inn looks like they take care of the caravan bus tours, there(old people tour bus) to make money, every week..no girls just old couples now..

AT THE DESK THEY TOLD ME THE CHICA FREE IS $70 PLUS TAX. THEY ALSO SAID THAT IF WHEN YOU BOOK TO PUT THE CHICAS NAME, AND THERE IS NO FEE. THE ROOM FEE IS $140 PLUS TAX AND UP. yOU CAN FIND FIND BETTER PRICES ON LINE, AS LITTLE AS $90, $100, $110.

Your chica MUST be with you while you're checking in. And if not (even if you give them her name) it doesn't matter. She MUST be present during check-in, otherwise you'll be whacked with the $70-$75 chica fee EVERY time she rides the elevator with you!
