Construction is basically done. We are waiting on shipment of TVs, satellites and other things. I have not given a date recently because these items are out of my control. Our new kitchen is complete and we start moving in this week. The four new upscale rooms opened to high rviews Halloween. I will make announcmeents when I have final details. We will do a soft opening for a few weeks and then have the announcement of the party schedules. Superbowl, Mardi Gras and St Patrick's day will be the first up.

Many of you have toured the new area and hopefully will agree that it is worth waiting for.

We should have some pics to post soon. There are 4 in total. Two are Deluxe Kings with large beds, hardwood floors, a big flatscreen, two comfortable armchairs, and nice baths. They are $90 after all discounts and taxes. The other two can be rented togehter or separate. One is a deluxe King similar to the above. The other is a large suite room with a separate sitting area and two flatscreens. The first is $100 and the suite is $125 per night.

Amen Brother. As good as the architects, engineers, constructors and vendors are, remember this IS Costa Rica. Someday we will look back on these posts and this fretting, and laugh and laugh...

Now THAT sounds like a plan--though some of us reserve our Superman pose for en la cama.

The "Superman" reference was about how one looks strapped up on a typical zipline journey--don't know if the Times or the Journal have ever mentioned them.

Boyd,
This is good news. No other impediments to hold you back like inspections, licenses, etc? I know that when building and opening a new business (in any country), there are always unforeseen obstacles to overcome. I would appreciate the feedback since I am planning to stay with you soon and would like to enjoy the new facilities :) :)

All the licensing has been in place since we began construction. We do not foresee any issues,
