Also, just try to stick to your original threads you start. I think you'll get more responses that way. Good luck and have a blast!!!!

Really depends if you're just looking for the basics or something a little nicer. This is not the Hilton, but I enjoyed the atomsphere. I stayed in 4 for a night, but was a little small for me, but Darren/Marta switched me to 22 which was great for me. Cost a little more, but was worth it. 18 opens to the garden section and is level to the bar. The guy staying in 18 when I was there loved it and gets it whenever he goes. Also no AC in 4, but last week we needed heat more than we needed AC :lol:

Forgive me if this has been covered, but when reserving a room online, does one have to know which rooms have air conditioning, etc. to reserve? In short, can someone give me a primer on how to reserve a room for say Feb. 10-17th? Thanks...I haven't become a VIP member yet and am willing to pay cash, etc...

I take it they require a credit card, but what is the cancellation policy and is there ever any problems with them charging the card if you cancel, etc.?

Any info on the ins and outs would be appreciated (no pun intended).. ;

Each of the Hotels listed in the VIP Discount Section has their own website. Cancellation policies will be outlined in the reservation links on these sites. Also, once you begin filling out the reservation request there will be a comment box where you can express your desire for AC.

Do it now. Don't look back. It will be a glorious adventure. 8)

You can reserve on-line, e-mail or phone call. Make sure you communicate any specific requirements. The deluxe with kitchenette rooms are in the new building and have AC.
