I was told they have/are building a road from Manuel Antonio to the Osa Pennisula. Any truth to that? With the new road to Jaco, one should be able to drive from sjo to M.A in a couple of hrs. or so and then on down the coast to Puerto Jimenez in another 2 hrs. or so. The old way took hrs. and hrs. over treacherous roads and river beds. Anybody know anything about this? |

It is getting better Many of the brigdes are almost done, but not the approches.. Many bridges to no where??? Even when done I do not see a 5hr trip to PJ, it is still a two lane road I have a friend that travels to PJ very often ... Let me know if want a curent up date My info is a month old PJ is a fun place to visit... end of the globe |
