I want to thank Boyd for helping resolve a business issue while I was staying at the Dunn Inn. I needed to call my IT Manager immediately back in the States while I was on my laptop at the Hotel Bar and Boyd was there in a Nano-Second dialing the number for me. Let me tell you, in my 55 years I have never ever had such great customer service at a hotel. Boyd and the Dunn Inn are simply the best option for lodging in SJO!!! Thanks Boyd!
