Thanks for the info, brother jazz, seems like the Uncle is looking for ways to increase revenue however he can The rate for snail mail is also going up in, I think September. On a local level, bs parking tickets are becoming more frequent. Just had a totally unjustified bogus ticket this week. Most folks don't appear and fight the tickets and that's what they are banking on.

Yeah postal rates are going up--2 cents. Figure 10 letters mailed per month, we're gonna stick you an extra $2.40 a year, bumping your postal costs to <$60/year. The Horror! The Horror! Sorry, but folks get so exercised by postal rates, I had to chime in with a dose of reality. I understand we are an ubiquitous bench-mark figure but really...(sorry for that, El Ciego)
