Does the Sportsman's Lodge run their credit card charges through "Executive Resorts" in Destin, FL? I think my debit card may have been compromised, just checking to see if maybe it's the SL.

BTW, do the SL TV's have DVDs attached?

I've stayed at El Rey @ SL, and it does not have a dvd player. And no, my bill was billed as AMA out of San Jose.

Yeah, it looks like someone compromised my debit card. NOT THE SL. I don't know how it happened, but I thought I'd check and see if the charge I was seeing was just the SL using my card number to secure the room for my future stay. Been to the bank and taken care of the situation.

A DVD player would be a great addition to the room at SL. I'd love to bring a dvd of videos to play while I'm entertaining. :)

I believe that you can run a cable from a laptop to modern TVs, and use the computer's optical drive to drive the vids. Suggest a PM to Brothers Steven1 and J0sie for details. I've seen Brother Steven1's room setup--you could run a combined CIA/NSA outpost in Uzbekistan with the stuff he brings. Ditto the other Brother

I can confirm that a charge from SL will appear as "AMA".

All mansion rooms have DVD players and flat screen TV's. To the best of my knowledge, none of the other rooms have DVD players.

This has been my observation as well. I have special port on my computer that allows me to connect to almost any TV with above average quality. Similar to pre-amp connection that reduces distortion.

Mansion rooms are the ones like Puma, Tigre, etc? That's the area I'm staying in, the area farthest away from the front door. So, I'll have a DVD in those rooms?
