I thought Brother Mkink had solved that issue by hiring a flagman. Try a PM to him for current results. Quite the heads-up to TLN's if not resolved (yeah, pun intended). |

I've stayed at La Amistad twice. I heard a train go by once during the day. I have NEVER been awoken by a train in the middle of the night or early morning. Granted, I'm a sound sleeper, but I'm not passed out drunk. It's not been an issue at all for me. |

I stayed at the La Amistad last February for 4 nights and never heard the Train and I am a light sleeper. I will be there again July 1st for 5 nights and if it is a problem I will post to let everyone know. |

I was in 212 last week & was never woken up by the train. Heard it once or twice throughout the day, but really didn't notice it much. |

Ok, great, so it is not on the train side anyways so that should be fine. Why is it so dark? No windows? Is there a balcany? |

Just checked out of 106 over the weekend. Heard the train at about 8 am & 5 pm, neither is a problem for me. |
