BKTuna: Thanks for showing me the new Project Site at the Dunn Inn today. Once completed I am confident that the Dunn Inn will be a significant and serious competitor to the HDR. Very exciting!! Can't wait to see it all happen and experience it all!! |

What changes are happening? I have been known to stay in the area, but I've never stayed at the Dunn Inn per se. I do hope to be back down sometime this year. |

There's being built adjacent to the Dunn Inn a 2500-sq. ft. lounge/sportsbook/casino with a stage big enough for a 5-piece band. Marvelous architecture (25 ft skylight ceiling, 60 ft bar at one level with another on another level overlooking, very configurable open floor-plan) using ultra-premium materials and furnishings. There will be a discreet entrance to the Dunn Inn, the main entrance being on the street. The best talent of all sorts is being recruited. It will be THE venue in the Gulch especially after midnight when the SL bar closes down, and solely under the control of Brother BKTuna. The kitchen is being quadrupled and will be serving way late because they have a full casino license. And Hey! I'm just hitting the high points here. You want to be there for either the "soft" or the CRT Grand Openings. |

BK, Thanks for the great stay as usual. cant wait to see the new expansion progress next time i came down. Looking forward to spending all my money in your casino. heheheheh. Please let the staff know how much i appreciate there hospitality. |

They actually will open prior to the casino, Maybe August, We have not set pricing yet but the rates will be very competitive. BKTUNA/Boyd I am never going home |

Really good to hear of your plans and progress. The prospects of a chica friendly lounge, the casino and 4 new suites seems like a formula for success. Looking forward to checking it out this Fall......still on schedule for opening the lounge/casino around Labor Day??? |
