What does it mean when a Lodge says their cabin has an efficiency kitchen? I am looking to rent a cabin in Big Bear ,Ca and I am wondering what it means when the lodge lists the room as having an efficiency kitchen as opposed to a full kitchen. An efficiency kitchen is usually like a microwave,a sink,and some cabinets...most times there is a coffeepot and a small stove as well. But you should call them and ask,because it varies.I have seen them where they were complete including pots and pans,just everything miniaturized,but I stayed at one in Mississippi once that was a cabinet with a microwave...the sink was in the nearby bathroom. Still...the microwave comes in handy. |

Good answer from Brother Wesley. Still, I'm curious as to why the question was directed to CRT vs. ,say, TripAdvisor. Just goes to show we take everybody seriously, no matter how bizarre. A Brotherhood of Gentlemen indeed. |
