Post subject:  Clarion Question

Hello all. I am visiting CR soon and I have a non working girl that I met on a previous vacation that I plan on spending some time with on my trip during the day. At night I will be on my own which works out perfect. My question is do any of you guys know if you reserve a room at clarion using the CRT discount is there any way this girl would know? For example, will they ask for personal information i.e. copy of license and such only if booked thru CRT or do all guests have to go through the same process to where it would not seem abnormal? I thought that one of you may have been in a similar situation in the past. Perhaps I am trying to juggle too much but then again aren’t we all…

It’s this or simply go the route of using hourly motels as I have heard people mention this in the past.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I think you're asking when you check into the hotel, how do they verify you are eligible for the CRT discount?

Well, I don't know how they do it at Clarion but at SL, HA and Hotel M you just show your CRT card when you check in to get the discount. That's it.

Unless something has recently changed, you should contact Nixon by email and book thru him. When you get there, check-in at reception like all other guests. You don't have to show your card or anything, Nixon already hooks you up with the casino rate and no "guest" fee.

I stayed there in July and you do not have to show your CRT card at all. Just book through Nixon and the chica fee will be waived. She will have to show the front desk her cedula before you head to the room. When I checked out they tried to charge me $95 for the Jr. suite when the book thru Nixon price was $65. So they got on the phone and called Nixon and he didn't answer. Finally the manager agreed to give me the discount, however they had to go back and manually change the price for all 4 nights. this process started at 7:15 am and ended at 8:20am. the rooms are nice and if you need ice go into the kitchen as the only machine that works is there. The resturant is a nice place to sit but the food is not too good. I would only stay there if the price was right. This is an example of a nice hotel with almost no customer service.

Contact Nixon Netto at paradisorooms@hotmail.com to book standard room at $ 75 per night plus tax ($ 84 total).

Includes continental breakfast and no chica fee.....been told by Nixon that depending on who is working the desk, that they may not allow 2 chicas at a time and if they do, second chica has $ 25 fee.

I like the Clarion, good location, good security (because of casino in Lobby), nice outdoor seating in restaurant to enjoy Continental breakfast, decent rooms.

Last year during May and June 2009, they had rooms discounted down to $ 55 per night. I just emailed Nixon to ask if they are planning the same thng for this May and June. Nixon responded that nothing yet, but to check back with him in end of March.

One other nice feature of the Clarion is the casino bar. On the way up to your room, you can stop and get the young lovely a drink or two of her choice to bring up to the room. If not too late, room service will also bring up drinks to your room.

This works out very well.......keep's the chica in the party mood and always pays dividends!!!
