Hello, Gonna be down for Super Bowl Party at SL once again. Can anyone recommend a local realtor that has monthly rentals in the summer. If anyone has any suggestions or advice for someone thinking of renting a place for a month, I am all ears. Thank you to my brothers of the CRT. Brian |

I've had good luck on craigslist.com. It depends on the accomodations that you want. Roommate, length of time, furnished, cable/internet/phone; utilities, etc. I will tell you that you can negociate bargains right now. There are mucho americanos who are trying to get from out under real estate. I've seen, "make offer" on nice homes, and a short term renter might be what they are looking for. Anyway, you can try ticotimes.net, la nacion, AM Costa Rica website, or other places for leads. There are agent listings, but I would go on my own to find a place. |
