Happy New year to all from the team at Dunn Inn. We really appreciate all the CRT brothers who have spent time with us in 2009. As we start 2010, I wanted to drop a note to update all on what we have coming up.

* Jim Getman will be gracing us every Friday at 4pm with his mix of classic rock, country and blues. He is super talented and our room has great sound qualities.

* We will be continuing the Newbies get together every Friday from 3 to 7 pm. Come by and ask questions, meet other newbies and the veterans who are here.

* The best Happy Hour in San Jose continues every day from 3-7pm with 1,300 colones for 2X1 beers and 1,500 colones for 2x1 vodka and rum mixed drinks. These prices include the 23% for service and taxes.

* Our CRT Wednesday night dinner special continues with a 3,000 colone discount on any ticket over 12,000 colones before taxes.

* We break ground on our new lounge and Casino project this coming Monday. We intend to build a special place aimed directly at providing the CRT brothers with another great place for fun.

* We also will continue our CRT VIP sponsorship with 10% off of rooms, food and beverage and no chica fees for cardholders. Remember to have your card with you to get all the great discounts.

Getting an artist of Jim Getman's caliber on a continuing basis is a real coup. Hope this continues into early February--can't wait to hear him live! Oh, yeah, and the other stuff too.

Thanks, Bktuna, always good to have another choice in hotels. It sounds like you're doing it right.

Really looking forward to the opening of the new casino and chica friendly lounge.

Is the opening date still scheduled for sometime in September??

Bktuna/Boyd,

How about an update on new casino/lounge project. Still shooting for Labor Day? Is this new construction or refurb/rehab of an existing building?

Will the new project also include any new rooms? If so, how many and describe them...regular rooms or suites?

Really looking forward to the opening of the new casino and chica friendly lounge (and new rooms if part of the master plan).

Thanks.

Things are going great for the Hotel and the construction project is rolling along. We are thankful that so many CRT brothers are choosing us.

As to the construction, we are on schedule and will open in the fall. Th main lounge area will have a sixty foot bar, a sportsbook area with all the flatscreens and satellites for sports and a live music area. It has a 25 foot ceiling and lots of open area for lounging. The casino room will have tables for Poker, blackjack, rummy, tutte, three card poker and the texas hold em table game. The bar will have built in video poker machines.

We will also be allowing working girls to ply their trade in the bar. Our intention is to provide an alternative to the usual nightspots. The lounge is designed specifically for CRT business and I will be running many specials and events to keep us all entertained.

Keep up the good work and I just may have to try you out. I'm currently obsessed with the SL but that sure sounds tempting, especially considering some personal crap going on for me right now.

From what's been shared with me, Brother BKTuna will have a destination venue, equal to but different from the SL. The Gulch gets better.
