I can see it now--"Attack ferrets in luggage--baggage handlers in a panic--TSA officer empties .357 Magnum at suitcase--full report and pictures at 11". Great play, Brother Boynton... Though I do feel compassion for the critters (I mean the 4-legged critters). |

I AUTOMATICALLY assume that whatever I check in on an airplane is going to get stolen. I can't believe the idiots in the linked article. Cameras, laptops, ipods, $200,000 in jewelry.  WTF? Are these people breeding?
I can fit my c-pap machine, a netbook, a video camera, a digital SLR with a small lens into my carry on with room left over for a change of clothes and a couple of paperbacks into a passable carry-on. Are these idiots trying to save space in their carry-ons for all the water that we are not allowed to bring on board anymore? 
Checked baggage is for CLOTHING and nothing else! -=/NN |

Agree with Ninja on this topic. I only check clothes, all my valuables, such as camera, lap top, tobacco,and perscription medication go on my carry on. |

Yes Brother PR, I'm coming down for SuperBowl week--mainly for dental work, some touristy stuff, hangin' with the Brothers and maybe a little sex every now and again. I've heard Janet at La Mansion is an intelligent woman so am bringing her a couple of books. But about the Thread--I post all manner of stuff for the general edification. |
