Looking for a good mix of hotels.

My thinking is as follows. I want a nice hotel but want one that is Chica friendly, Also want a hot tub for at least a few of the days. I was thinking about a suite at sportsman but that would eat up all my monger budget. So is their a recommended hotel mix?

For example, do two day a la amiastad two days at SL the rest at Hotel X?

I was in SJO 10 years ago stayed at the presidente and "The Tara"

Try Executive Penthouse Suite, it has a large 2 person Jacuzzi in the master bedroom, also no chica fees and your overnight guests get free breakfast as well. www.Executive-Properties.US

If you don't mind moving every 2 days, your mix is good. Consider Hotel Dunn Inn as your Hotel X. That Exec Properties P/H might be a bit much for 1 guy and the Nuevo Johnson, a bit downscale. Try looking at the Hotel Freebird as well. My 2 mentions are both CRT Sponsors and thus discount rates for us--might as well get some mileage out of your VIPness.

Yo man, I would re-think that idea. That sounds like a royal pain in the ass. 3 check ins, 3 check outs, 3 deposits. Not to mention you may have to be out by 11 and the new room may not be ready till 2 or even 3.

I share my Philly Brother RicoJaco's concerns. The leaving or entering hotel will doubtless hold your bags in secured storage but it seems like needless hassle. OTOH, it's your vacation so who are we to say?...once we've said.
