Today (Friday) we are serving hot open faced turkey sandwiches with mashed potatos and gravy. There is also a pumpkin/sweet potato pie for desert. For some reason the day after Thanksgiving and Turkey leftovers made me think about my Mom and home more than yesterday. If we have any more leftovers tomorrow will be cold turkey sandwiches with mayo and tomato. BKTUNA I am never going home |

Great idea! I'm going to have something similar for dinner tonight, just substitute leftover stuffing for the bread. The mashed here at my family's house includes both white and sweet potatoes. Mmm.
