hotelcastillo@racsa.co.cr

Direct the email to Darren.

Also....keep in mind, it sometimes can take a day or two to get a response.

What you need is a 3rd party email account to receive what Darren sends... e.g Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etc. Verizon blocks all traffic from CR. Could be the same with you if you are using a US internet provider and Outlook etc.

I have had this same problem sometimes when using gmail. I simply suggest picking up the phone and calling Castillo. Manager Darren is very responsive and Marta at the desk is also helpful.
