Walked by the Vesuvio Hotel near la Amistad, a dozen times last month and never saw anyone, coming or going. Has anyone stayed there? Are they even open? |

FYI.....Hotel Vesuvio is also mentioned in the new book GUARDIAN OF LIES by Steve Martini. |

Yes. Read my report from last year. They did do a significant family/eco tourist trade. They may be hurting. Also, some not-too-good reviews on Trip Advisor et al probably don't help. If you can't find a room anywhere else it will do. |
