It seems the US DoT has awakened to the problem of lost, delayed or damaged luggage. Read this for more: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000142 ... 03424.html It's emphasized this is on domestic flights or domestic leg of international flights only, but they've whacked Spirit Airlines $375K last month for violations--gives us some hope. |
