My personal thanks to Bill who hooked my brother and I up on our 2nd trip there this year.
Our first trip had some unanticipated challenges with a nearby room needing emergency renovations. This was back last May and there were no real options on moving to another room with two beds.
Bill made an adjustment and said he would hook us up on our next visit and he did.
Things can go wrong at times but it's customer service which can allow a business to recover.
So I hear from my brother that he will go without a wingman on his next trip to SL and be a repeat offender.
