Did you call the SL front desk and ask them to hook you up?
The SL drivers (Martin, Gustavo and Rolando) are all good guys, speak passable English, and drive nice clean vans.
There's also Alex from Amistad -- used to live in NY (and drives like he still lives there
).
They will be more expensive than flagging a taxi on the street.
If you do a search in this forum, there have been many recommendations for other drivers, too.
