You can also find them around the garbage cans as they all plug into an outlet now and compact from time to time!

While there is a big shortage of electrical outlets in the ATL airport, as stated above the poles near the trash cans can be used since the trash cans are powered. Just make sure you don't let the cord trip anyone since they are all in high-traffic areas.

There are also a few little "trees" with 4 or 5 plug-in stations in the Delta operated concourses (A&B) not sure about the others.

Of course if you're flying First/Biz Class or are a member of Delta's or AA's lounges you'll have plenty of places to juice up.
