Any one ever heard of it or stayed there?

Hate to report a negative but neither TripAdvisor nor GoVisitCostaRica had mention of it...The only Google mentions were in Spanish, leading me to believe it's a Tico-oriented venue--not that that's a bad thing...
I'd sure ask them explicitly about Chica-friendliness--don't want any rude surprises.

Location: Where Am I ???
I've never "stayed" there before, but I've been inside these apartments. One of my former favorita's used to live there, so I have been inside (the apartment !!) a few times. It's not a bad location, on the main road - between Brasilito and Flamingo Beach, just before the turn-off going to Playa Portero. About the only way to know the location - is that there's a small sign out by the main road with 3 monkey's on it. The sign is on the East side of the road, sitting up a little higher than road level.

They're pretty nice apartments. Furnishings are basic, but enough. You'll need a car, because it'd be a little too far to walk anywhere. They have small kitchens and laundry machines. The one I used to go to was a 2 bedroom unit. The price is fair, and you're only about 7 or 8 minutes from Brasilito and about 3 minutes to Flamingo Beach.

Buena Suerte,
MG
