Is it worth $30,000 to have a permanent place to crash in SJ ? If so, then let's make it a co-op.

I'm just sayin'.. it could work., probably only in my mind though. :(

With the location of the place and having 24 rooms, you would think it would make a viable monger hotel, much the same as the transformation made at the Amistad.

Just keep in mind that when you open this Monger Hotel you will be working 60-80 hours a week and have to deal with a lot of unusal characters and not be able to sample the goods

Yeah......goes with the territory, but I would imagine that most of the hotel owners do very well, from a financial standpoint....Matt at Amistad, Bill at Sportsmen's, Steve at Castillo. No doubt, there are still many options available to them when it comes to the chicas....if they so desire.

Folks

I think this is a very old picture. This is probably 5-10 years old. Dont get to excited. Also Dunn Inn doesnt have a casino.

I didn't notice anybody being "excited." Did I miss something?

The Sportsmen's, the Castillo and the Amistad do not have casinos either. :?

I think what Matt is saying is that it's probably an old Real Estate ad and that the property is no longer for sale.

"Matt".....as in Matt, the owner of the Amistad?

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't know. Sorry for the confusion.

Is it 30k or 700k? It says 700k USD. Which would be a big

Viviun never takes down old ads. The hotel was sold several years ago andis not on the market. There is no casino or license.

Total price was $700,000. If you sold off the rooms individually it would be about $30,000 each.

Do unused casino licenses expire? Also Dunn Inn has no travel agency or open barber shop since Senor Roy died. Agree with others that this is an old ad--unless of course somebody's just testing the waters. The front facade doesn't look anything like that.

It's obvious that it's an old ad, the place is now a CRT sponsor...something which happened with a change of ownership. :D

Barber shop was removed during a remodel long before Roy passed on.
