First, what I believe that I might know: HLH is about $200 for the suite with the balcony and chicas are $25. The more expensive suites at SL are a little less. The Del Rey suites with balcony seem to be about $125.

I am looking for a two week stay within the next two to three months and was wondering if anyone was seeing price reductions or where one or the other would be ready to make a deal?

I have stayed at the SL and the HLH and have been to Costa Rica many times but not for a couple of years and was hoping that I could get the latest and greatest info from those on the ground.

i think you would like La Amistad room 312 has a balcony and a jacuzzi hopefully you will be coming down the middle of august

For a long stay at a good hotel you can`t do any better than the La Amistad for the money.

Dave I know you have a big sex drive. And as such you can not beat HLH. But not having a resturant on-site might get boring after awhile. So I suggest that you stay there the first week and get the ole juices out. And then somewhere that has the fellowship of fellow mongers, CRT types are the best. MY two cents.
