I stayed at SL last time I was there, there aren't many rooms that I like left for April. What other hotel is tica friendly, safe, fun, nice rooms like the new wing in SL, and clean with no tica fees?

Or reserve at SL and request a Mansion or New Wing room on the cancellation list. Your odds are pretty good of getting a room you like.

Howdy!

No, girls arre not allowed to hang out at Amistad. A few girls used to hang at the bar at Castillo before the last changeover. Don't know about now.

no, but when the SL is a block away, it's just like taking them to the new mansion wing, without having to hear the bar from your room...

Bro, what is so hard to understand ? This is not a rare thing with hotels in several places in Latin America. There is no problem for a chica to be there with a hotel guest yet at the same time chicas are not allowed to hang out unescorted and fish for customers.

Entiendeh??????
:? :? :?

Amistad is a "joint use" facility. Matt is trying to appeal to both the monger market and the eco-tourist. His bar/restaurant opening has been delayed by the Tico system but, when it is open, you will be able to hang out there or bring your girl but will not be accosted by unaccompanied women.

There are plenty of available women within a block so it should just give us another option for a place to hang.

Hope that clarifies it.

I am staying at the new Mansion Wing at the SL, I need to make business calls back to the US and I am worried about the noise. Normally I stay at Clarion or Presidente because of how quite it is.

Dalton, the Mansion Wing is very quiet. You won't have any problems with noise for business calls.
